Q. Is my rental car included collision damage waiver CDW?

A. Yes, with excess charge (deductible) depends on the vehicle group.

Q. Can I buy the Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)?

Q. Is the airport surcharge included?

A. Yes, the airport surcharge included.

Q. What’s is the grace period (Waiting Time) after the time of Pickup?

A. The Waiting Time is 1:30 Hrs. in Amman and Marka Airports the Waiting Time is 1 Hr. for none Airport Location.

Q. What are The Driver's license requirements?

A. Driver must present a full valid national license at the time of rental. The driver must have at least 1 year of driving experience.

Q. What is the rental extension policy?

A. The rental can be arranged at least 48hrs prior to the current contract end date. However, if you find that you need to keep your rental vehicle longer than planned, extensions can be done quickly and easily by sending us an email to reservation@sunsetjo.com, as at busy times (such as high-summer seasons) it may not always be possible to extend. thus, at the end of the rental period or any pre-agreed extended rental period, the renter must return the vehicle to the lessor at the pre-arranged location place.

If the lessee keeps the vehicle beyond the date and time that the vehicle is due back then the lessee will become liable for an administration fee of US$200, Plus the current daily rental fee for the vehicle for each day or part thereof that the vehicle is overdue

Q. What is a third-party liability (TPL) covers?

A. The coverage is limited to (US$50000), Any excess amount above this amount will be on the renter's responsibility.

Q. What is Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) covers?

A. Waives the Excess to ZERO, any damages that may be caused to the vehicle’s windshield, wheels, rims, the vehicle’s bottom, top, or inside its cabin, the fees for towing and storing it, or driving the vehicle on unpaved or desert roads, even four-wheel-drive vehicles, all remain on the renter responsibility.

Q. What are Driver's Age Restrictions?

A. The minimum age of the driver is 21 years, although mandatory underage driver insurance may be required. Any underage driver surcharge for the additional drivers will be paid at the rental desk.

Q. What’s is the young drivers' surcharge?

A young driver’s surcharge applies to drivers aged 21 – 24 years of fees applied (US$5.00) Daily Rate.

Q. What’s is the senior drivers' surcharge?

A senior driver’s surcharge applies to drivers aged 60 – 70 years of fees applied (US$5.00) Daily Rate.

Q. What is the additional driver Policy?

A. Up to 1 additional driver may be added to the rental contract provided that any additional driver should have a valid driving license & ID. the additional driver is charged at a rate per day. Additional drivers can only be added for the full duration of the rental. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driving license at the time of the event giving rise to claim.

Q. What is fuel Policy?

A. Same to the Same Basis, Car must be returned with the same level of fuel as given. If the renter returns a vehicle with some missing fuel, the renter will be charged a fuel charge, in addition to the admin fee of (US$50).

Q. What’s is the cancellation policy?


  • 1 – If you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.
  • 2 – If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the Cancellation fees are US$70.
  • 3- If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, Cancellation fees are 50% of your booking value.
  • 4 – All cancellations should be ONLY made by sending an email to reservation@sunsetjo.com.
Q. What is the No Show policy?

A ‘no-show’ occurs for the following reasons:

  • 1 – You didn’t inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.
  • 2 – You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.
  • 3 – You failed to provide the documentation that’s required to pick up the car.
  • 4 – You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available funds on it to cover the security deposit.
  • In the event of any of the above, NO REFUNDS will be made to you.
